Boiler Repairs
Most repairs are attended to on same day as call.
We will endeavour to repair your boiler the same or next day depending on nature of fault and availability of spares.
Spares are sourced from a variety of local suppliers and most are available same day.
Boiler Servicing
An annual boiler service is an essential way of keeping your boiler safe and efficient.
A boiler service consists of measurement of gas pressures and consumption. Inspection of all water, gas and combustion seals. Full inspection of flue. A thorough cleaning of all parts, this will include condensate trap if applicable. We will also clean the magnetic filter if one is fitted. Measurement of combustion gases with printout (to ensure correct and safe burning of gases). A printed service record certificate and an annual reminder of due service.
Gas fire repairs
Most repairs are attended on same day as call.
Unfortunately, unlike boilers, a lot of fire spares are not available 'off the shelf' meaning repairs take a little longer. Most spares are available within a couple of days though and will be fitted asap.
CP12 - Landlord's Certificate
Our CP12 certificates are produced electronically with a printed copy issued to the tenant. The agents or landlords copy can be e-mailed immediately on issue of certificate if required.
Gas Fire Servicing
An annual gas fire service is an essential way of keeping your fire safe and efficient.
A gas fire service consists of complete removal of fire from fireplace. Visual check of chimney and catchment space. Smoke test of chimney. Complete and thorough clean of the gas fire. Replacement of any seals required. Refitting of fire and checking of gas pressures and consumption. Measurement of combustion gases with printout (to ensure correct and safe burning of gases). A printed service record certificate and an annual reminder of due service.
Plumbing Repairs
Plumbing repairs includes all water and waste pipes.
A large stock of pipe and fittings is carried on our van to cover most situations.
Boiler Replacement
Whether you want a like for like boiler replacement or a complete change of type of system give us a call. We will be more than happy to come and see you and discuss your needs for boiler type, controls etc.
Power Flushing
If you suffer from cold spots, noise or inefficient heat from your heating system you may be in need of a power flush for your system. We would be happy to evaluate your problem and advise neccessary action to restore your heating. A power flush consists of connecting an external pumping and flushing machine to your heating system and dosing with flushing chemicals. The high pressure reversing action of the pump and chemicals cleans your system of all sludge and magnetite causing blockages. On completion your system will be refilled, dosed with inhibitor, pressurised and vented and checked for leaks. This will usually take a day to complete an average 8-10 radiator system.
